Acknowledgements

We like to mention some people who have been of vital importance for the society during the past years.

The Design & Emotion society acknowledges Kees Overbeeke (cofounder and former board member), Matthijs van Dijk (former board member), Talea Bohlander (former board member) and René Konings (former board member) for their pioneering work. Their energy helped the Design & Emotion society to bring people and organisations together, and to establish the field of design and emotion as an acknowledged area of design research.
